What can I expect in the first ten minutes of my session?

In the first ten minutes of your session you can expect to be more at ease and hopefully more relaxed that you feel like you are talking to one of your best friends and confidant. Also, that your issues that you may be having are properly and professionally addressed and that you should start to feel more calmer and more peace of mind, with you feeling confident that your issued have been addressed properly and that you are better able to understand them and deal with them properly.

You will also, definitely feel at home and very comfortable with your session, even maybe smile and laugh a little during your session, and most important, you will feel that the advisor connects very well with you. That will leave you being very impressed with the accuracy, and amount of insight and knowledge that they may have on your current situation.

Also, you will feel that you have a better understanding of your current situation and can deal and address it with a clearer perspective.

What is an E-webinar?

An E-webinar is a service provided through Video chat. They are done in a virtual group setting or on an individual basis, depending on the service that you have selected upon ordering.

If the E-Webinar is a workshop then you will be attending with other users in a virtual chat environment with the advisor who will be hosting the workshop. Materials for the workshop are only given if needed, and are downloadable  by accessing your account that you have created upon registration.

How do I book my phone consultaton with an advisor after I placed my order?

When you place your order for a phone consultation, you will be directed to our virtual booking system, where you will schedule your appointment. Once you have completed booking your appointment, a confirmation email is sent to your email address that you have provided to us confirming your appointment.

When it is time for your scheduled appointment, an email is sent out to you fifteen minutes prior, as a friendly reminder of your scheduled appointment and instructions are also included on how to proceed to call and talk to one of our advisors.

How do I book my chat consultation with an advisor after I have placed my order?

When you place your order for a chat consultation, you will be directed to our virtual booking system, where you will schedule your appointment. Once you have completed booking your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address that you have provided to us confirming your appointment.

When it is time for your scheduled appointment, an email is sent out to you fifteen minutes prior, as a friendly reminder of your scheduled appointment and instructions are also included on how to proceed to chatting to one of our advisors in our secured chatroom area.

How do I receive my email consultation Order?

After placing your Order, you will be immediately directed to fill out a form, that is needed to be filled out properly in order to complete your email consultation order. Once we have received your information, we will begin to process your order as quickly as possible and upload it in your account area under the download section area, where you can download it.

The format for your order will be in a PDF format. Also, please kindly allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. We will of course try to get it out to you sooner if we can.

How do I proceed if i need to cancel my Order?

If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason you must contact us immediately using our contact form on our website, within the first two hours of placing your order with us, to be eligible for a complete refund, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. For E-webinars, you will need to contact us using our contact form on our website, 72 hours prior to the scheduled date that the E-webinar is commenced to begin to be eligible for a refund or within the first two hours of placing our order with us.
